The requirement as follows:

Solutions Analyst

Position:
Solutions Analyst is responsible for providing support to the Implementation group in the areas of development and enhancement of business solutions. Solutions Analyst¢s responsibility will require him / her to understand functional requirements, create functional specifications, write use-cases, support UI specifications design, system configuration, and client interactions. He / she may also require supporting QA during testing, and perform user acceptance testing of functionalities as per the requirements. He / she will partner with the functional, software development and QA teams to resolve issues, define requirements and implement solutions.
Solutions Analyst will work independently while being an effective contributor to a diversified team.

Experience / Skills:

This person needs to have the following technical skills:

Good knowledge of business and domain knowledge.
Expert in making function design document and process flow diagram
Good knowledge of Excel and SQL.
Object oriented programming
Financial analysis and accounting
IT Project Management
In addition to the above requirements System Analyst needs to have:

Strong analytical and technical skills required for problem solving and troubleshooting
Understanding and experience with requirements gathering and process design
Understanding of Software development lifecycle
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with conflicting priorities
Ability to work closely and effectively with end users
Strong people skills that is essential to ensuring customer satisfaction

Education / Experience:

B.Tech / B.E with 3-7 years of relevant work experience
Preferable: M.B.A. / Masters degree in Industrial Engineering / Operations Management / Supply Chain Management / Management Information Systems

Job Title: Design Engineer/ Sr. Design Engineer / TL (SS OS and DriversTeam )

Years of Experience: 3+

Job Location: Pune.

Job Type: Permanent with a Product Deveolpment company.

Skills needed:
Position 1:
- Linux/Embedded Linux projects
- Very good C programming
- Practical knowledge of broadcast technologies like
MPEG/DVB/ATSC/ RTP/RTCP/ RTSP etc.
- GNU tools and porting experience in embedded platforms
- Should have worked in integration of any CAS system
- Familiarity in RTOS like VxWorks and eCos
- Exposure to UML and design patterns will be given preference
