•Should have exposure to at least 2 of the following – ECS, Swift, Remittances & Foreign Exchange, Real time gross settlement and Cash Management Services in India.
• Understand and adopt existing products that service US banks

Drives QA automation for software test plans
Provides guidance in the preparation of technical appraisals of functional domain such as banking.
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
Develops selected personnel in to subject matter experts
Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.
Provides guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies.
Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization( s).
Manages, the coordination of the activities of a section or department with responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
