Software Development Engineer
- 4+ years C++ OR Java coding experience with strong code agnostic, and OO design skills. - Minimum 2 years experience with relational databases - BS in Computer Science or related field - Solid experience with SQL & T-SQL, construction of complex SQL statements - Experience in team-based software development - Experience in distributed systems design and development - Ability to manage tasks involving multiple, concurrent projects - Ability to carry out assigned tasks with limited need for supervision
It will help if you have:
- 4+ years of development experience - An advanced CS degree - Experience building high-throughput, fault-tolerant, 24x7 applications - Experience in algorithm design - Experience on complex statistical analysis on system, application and user data. - Experience with scaled out data processing: Google Map Reduce/Big table, Microsoft SSIS/Dryad, Hadoop, - Experience with Java technologies such as Servlets, JDBC, Tapestry, build tools like Maven and Ant, dependency injection frameworks like Spring or Guice.
