The ideal candidate will have prior IT experience working with application infrastructures, will have good research and analytical problem solving skills, good communications skills, demonstrated project and process skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic and highly collaborative global team.
� Participate in Global IT projects to create/maintain application infrastructures as required by business needs.A
� Encourage Global IT infrastructure best practices during the implementation of new internally developed or purchased applications.
� Lead application infrastructure problem resolution efforts.
� Participate/Lead the proactive transfer of knowledge regarding application infrastructure support and release processes to other Global IT teams as appropriate.
� Strict usage of Global IT ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Release).
� 24 x 7 level-3 incident and problem response on a team pager rotation (~1 week per month).
� Off-hours work scheduled for releases or changes is common.
