with companies who seek to do a mass amount of growth in a short amount of
time. Currently, one of our clients with the biggest needs is looking to
hire an IT Software Engineer III

Position details are below.

Position: IT Software Engineer III (Insurance Applications)

Location: Helena, MT

Responsibilities:

* Independently and interdependently analyzes and codes complex
technical solutions.
* Provides technical leadership for highly complex applications and
projects.
* Defines, analyzes and creates software solutions for projects
utilizing IT systems development methodology.
* Leads project teams in developing the solution design, assigns
technical tasks to project teams, tracks progress, verifying completion of
programming assignments according to program standards and reporting
regularly.
* Analyzes existing systems for improvements and evaluate proposed
systems for feasibility and architectural compliance.
* Provides systems analysis, user support, and develops program
specifications and reusable components for specific business applications.
* Develops and distributes programming specifications based on
analysis.
* Writes code, test, maintain and enhances computer programs.
* Provides technical expertise, advice and mentoring to other IT
professionals regarding the application of complex systems analysis and
design to business problems.

Experience & Qualifications:

* Requires bachelor's degree PLUS 7 years directly related work
experience that includes:

4 years in Oracle PL/SQL and Java/J2EE; AND 2 years in a lead
technical role

* Prefer experience with Crystal Reports, BODI ETL, OBIEE, XML,
Websphere RAD 6, BI/DW Industry ETL Tool, Spring Framework and Hibernate.

* Prefer certifications in distinct current technologies and
certification in current technology and other relevant designations and
certifications.

Compensation: $65 - 75k depending on years of relevant experience,
education, etc. plus relocation.
