PM-235 Product Marketing Manager - Staff - San Francisco (Local Candidates Only)
Salary: BOE + bonus

The leading developer of products for data synchronization, integration, continuity, migration, and warehousing is seeking a stellar Product Marketing Manager. With more than 1,500 installations in the worlds largest enterprises, the client has a proven history of helping its customers mitigate risk, reduce costs, and increase revenue.

This position reports to the Product Marketing Director and will work closely with the rest of the marketing team as well as the global field sales team in providing product positioning and messaging in support of deal activities and execution of various marketing programs. This is a salaried position with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

o. Create and modify ROI/TCO models to help with quantifying the benefits of the company's solutions

o. Analyze competitive landscape; maintain competitive analysis documents and keep management and sales team apprised of all key developments.

o. Develop and deliver content for sales team's training.

o. Refine product positioning and messaging, and ensure consistent messaging in collaterals, presentations and training materials through guiding Marcom team and reviewing collaterals

o. Assist in the development of product marketing plans and/or sales support plans and in monitoring progress on successful implementation of plans according to budget.

o. Assist the Marketing Team with marketing events and exhibitions.

Requirements:

o. 5 years experience in Product Marketing or Product Management in any of the following markets: data integration, data replication, database management, high availability/ disaster tolerance, or data warehousing (Required)

o. Experience creating ROI/TCO models (Required)

o. Basic level technical knowledge on database systems, data integration, data replication, data warehousing or high availability solutions (Required)
