Position:
· The Senior Solution Consultant plays a hands-on role in the architecting and implementation of J2EE-based enterprise systems.
· The Senior Solution Consultant will be a liaison between multiple technical and business constituencies and direct the activities of developers.

Skills:
· The ideal candidate has strong technical, and written and verbal communication skills, and a strong sense of how information technology delivers business value.
· The Senior Solution Consultant has an extensive background in software engineering, and a proven track record successfully delivering enterprise software project.
· 6+ years of J2EE development.
· 3+ years hands-on, practrical experience with Java Server Faces, Spring, Spring Web Flow..
· 3+ years in a consulting experience. Health care industry experience a plus.
· 3+ years leading technical teams and defining enterprise architectures
· Enterprise Portal experience, including JSR 168-compliant solutions
· Experience building Web Services.
· 3+ years of middleware and/or ESB experience
· MQ-Series and JMS.
· SeeBeyond
· Sun Access Manager and Identity Manager a plus.
· BEA Weblogic experience a plus.
· Sun Portal Server a strong plus.
· Sun Java Certification a plus.
· Health Insurance industry.
· MBA.
