1 Lead: High level JAVA Designer/Architect. Adept at JAVA front end development; use of enterprise services and web services. Experience with Amber Point or frameworks that use Amber Point , Struts, Spring (a newer UI framework for JAVA). A big plus would be experience with Claim Processing Systems.
3 developers should be very good JAVA / Websphere developers with Websphere Portal experience. Thin Client, traditional JAVA skill set.
MUST HAVE Technical skills are: 1) JAVA / WEBSPHERE 2) Object Oriented Software Design and Development 3) Experience with Multi-tier, multi-threaded applications 4) Open standards: HTML, CSS, UML, XML, web services 5) Database Design Concepts. The app will be integrating/ interfacing with IBM MQ, UDB, SOA. We are looking for someone who has verifiable experience developing an enterprise level application. The hiring manager would prefer someone who cut their teeth coding mainframe apps because that person will have that discipline and structure.
The app is in requirements now. The specs are not done. There are architecture and technology decisions to be made and this person will have key input working with the architects in making those decisions. The app is for RedWood in the Service Channel ASG. It's a front end in a Claims system that does price adjudication. When you process a claim with a Health Savings Account it gets reimbursed one of two ways. There are some instances where that process fails. What this team is building is a system that looks into the failure aspect of Claims not being processed correctly. So there is workflow considerations, Research aspects - why did it happen and what data was missing / needed, who does what and what action is needed. There is an attachment on this req that is from the client. |
