|         Requires        knowledge and application development experience using J2EE, xml, and        scripting languages.
  Candidates should have familiarity with        FileNet Content Services and P8. Strong preference for workflow        development experience, knowledge of Records Manager, and/or        AutoCAD/AutoVue products.
 
  General Purpose
  Conducts        analysis, creates system specifications, develops, tests and implements        engineering, scientific and business applications, operating systems, and        file/database servers. Utilizes existing or new technology in the        automation of processes. Evaluates software packages and provides        recommendations to management.
 
  Responsibilities of this        position include the following:
  Support and interact with SAP        functional managers and various business managers to prioritize and plan        work for their respective areas.
  Provide technical support,        diagnose, and resolve complex system problems.
  Support the process        modeling infrastructure and perform process analysis and data modeling        using standard tools.
  Conduct special quantitative studies and        analyses, simulate alternatives, and present findings to management.       
  Research and analyze strategies, programs, and processes across        and between all corporate functions.
  Provide factual evidence to        influence management decisions.
  Maintain repositories and develop        java applications using J2EE framework.
  Create UML diagrams,        reverse engineer databases, generate DDL, generate XML, and other modeling        tasks.
  Support Client Server packages both thick and thin clients,        web applications and MS Access.
  Makes well-though- out decisions on        complex or ambiguous IT issues.
  Ensure that system improvements        are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency.       
  Act as the expert and lead associate and career level IT        Specialists.
  Gather data on systems issues, define alternative        approaches, assess business impact, recommend cost effective solutions,        and develop and implement those solutions.
  Handle critical        development issues.
  Research and analyze data.
  Work with        vendor to resolve problems with software and responds to suggestions for        improvements and enhancements.
  Requirements for this position        include the following:
  Bachelors Degree in Business        Administration, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; or        the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  A minimum        of five years experience in business application design, development,        installation, and/or modification in an online environment.       
  Experience supporting client server package and supporting web        based applications including UNIX and NT environments, Java, MS Access,        and writing SQL.                     Filenet        Required
  Experience        performing Oracle and MS SQL database, troubleshooting and debugging, and        installation of vendor software packages.
  Technical skills        including programming, installation, configuration, and database        management.
  Project management skills including the ability to        develop and monitor work agreements and budgets and to determine        specifications, schedules and deliverables.
  Communication and        interpersonal skills for consulting with users to understand needs, define        requirements, and provide effective solutions.
  Knowledge of        current technologies, tools, applications, and vendors.       
  Understanding of Company’s existing IT environment and of        applicable Company policies, practices, and procedures.  |
