Senior HRIS Business Analyst

Responsible for evaluating existing systems and tools and providing recommendations for end-to-end functionality of internal HRIS applications and integration with external vendor applications to support all functions of the Human Resources department.

Initial focus will be on employee master and headcount data standards, use of new ERP HR module and implementation and integration with global payroll(s).

Prefer one contractor/consulta nt who can support both strategic recommendations and implementation but will consider initial senior strategic HRIS role followed by implementation contractor.

Responsibilities


- Assessment of existing systems, requirements and recommendation for a global HR IT strategy and roadmap for implementation ** focus on headcount and payroll (ADP)
- Auditing and training the HR team to upgrade and maintain the integrity of data through regular internal auditing as well as reconciliation with external vendor systems.
- Develop and document best practice procedures for data entry and management.
- Construct and manage interfaces between existing HRIS and supporting recruitment, compensation and benefits systems and vendors.
- May also include recommendations and implementation of web based Benefits Enrollment, Time & Attendance, Performance Management and Self-Service applications.
- Definition and creation of complex custom reports HR, Accounting and Operations departments.
- Provide functional application support to the HR Department.

Required/Preferred Qualifications


Bachelor**s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business or related field strongly preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive HRIS experience required; Experience with payroll (ADP preferred) mandatory - benefits applications (Employease, ADP HRB) a plus.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and well organized
Familiar with project management principles
Team player, adept at establishing rapport with employees, vendors and colleagues
Ability to work independently and rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee and company information
