Who You Are:
You are a software developer with experience working in a web application development environment. You have excellent skills in C#, .net, Java, PHP and are willing to learn and work with PHP and MySQL. Your accountabilities include the development and integration of retail business applications including web sites, 3rd-party software, custom user interfaces, and order fulfillment processes in an integrated product environment.
The ideal candidate has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within software development for web 2.0 applications. You will participate in the design of the system and work within pre-established development guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Requirements:
* Develop high quality code for CORESense Retail Software including web sites, integration to 3rd-party software, custom user interfaces, and order fulfillment processes in an integrated product environment, resolving defects as they arise. Configure custom elements of CORESense back office. Submit appropriate database requests.
* Participate in the testing process through initial testing, test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software. Research problems and develops solutions to the problems.
* Work closely with client implementation team to understand requirements, system specification, and design.
Competencies/Skills
* 3+ years of experience in a team development environment
* Bachelor's Degree in Technology Field or equivalent experience
* Knowledge of how components of an application connect to create a comprehensive solution
* Experience with Retail Software Applications a plus
